A Coriolis mass flow controller (MFC) is a device used to measure and control the flow rate of a fluid based on the Coriolis effect. The Coriolis effect is the apparent deflection of the path of a moving fluid due to the rotation of the Earth. The flow control adopts PID algorithm to control the solenoid valve, and accurately and quickly controls the mass flow rate of the fluid in the flow tube to reach the set value.

SH-CMF-FE series Coriolis flow controller is designed for low flow liquid; the ultra low flow Coriolis flow controller can detect 30 g/h low flow still with very high accuracy up to 0.25% accuracy. It is micro Coriolis flow controller with small volume( the min length can only be 100mm ).
