SRK-M Micro-flowrate Thermal gas mass flow meter is designed on the basis of thermal dispersion, and adopts method of constant differential temperature to measuring gas flow. It does not require external temperature and pressure compensation or correction to realize gas or air mass flow rate measurement. It has advantages of small size, easy installation, high reliability and high accuracy, etc. Micro mini thermal mass flow meter with modular construction is for laboratory purpose.
