A Positive displacement flowmeter is a flow metering instrument that directly measures the clean liquid total flow rate by periodically filling and discharging the fluid volume in a precision measuring chamber. It is mainly used to measure clean liquid such as diesel, fuel, crude oil, lubricants, chemical raw materials, and food grade fluids, especially suitable for situations where liquid measurement accuracy is strictly required.
Its core advantage lies in high measurement accuracy (0.2% ~0.5%), unaffected by changes in fluid viscosity, and no need for upstream and downstream straight pipe sections during installation.
