SHDP/GP Differential Pressure/Pressure Transmitter with remote diaphragm seals provides a kind of reliable measuring way to avoid the measured medium from directly contacting with seal diaphragm of the transmitter, . Diaphragm seals or remote seal is for corrosive, viscous or reducing media and vibration.
Pressure transmitter, differential pressure transmitter, pressure transmitter for level measurement for high viscosity liquid asphalt, molasses, syrup, dark pulp, pulp, fructose syrup, crude oil or corrosive liquid, or for aggressive fluids pressure measurement : corrosion of strong acids and alkalis such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, ammonia water, nitric acid, NaOH, etc.

Remote Mount Diaphragm Seal Systems is suitable for the following operation conditions:

  • Remote seal pressure transducers are suitable for fluids with high temperature should be isolated with transmitter.
  • Chemical seal pressure sensors are suitable for measured liquid have corrosion to transmitters.
  • Suspending liquid or mediums with high viscosity
  • Measured mediums solidize or crystalize due to change of environment or technological process temperature.
  • Strict purification of measuring head is needed for replacing measured mediums
  • Measuring head must be kept clean and sanitary.
  • Pressure measurement of sealed container
