Oil Level Transmitter

The oil level transmitter is a device that analyzes the the change of the capacitance between the sensor shell and inductive electrodes after the oil enters the container, and the change will be converted into current to detect the level (height) of oil in the container.

The sensing element of the capacitive oil level transmitter is a coaxial container. When the oil enters the container, the capacitance between the sensor shell and the inductive electrodes changes. The change volume is converted through the circuit. With accurate linear and temperature compensation, the standard signal of 4-20mA is output to the display instrument.

The performance indexes of the oil level transmitter are:

• Temperature resistance: -50℃-250℃
• Output signal: 4-20 mA, 4-20 mA added with HART communication, 485 communication, CAN bus communication.
• The power supply voltage: 12-28 V DC (This product should be charged though safety barrier).
• Fixed method: thread installation M20 x 1.5, M27 x 2, M18 x 1.5, M16 x 1; Flange installation DN25, DN40, DN50. Special specifications can be customized as required.
• Probe diameter: Φ12, Φ16, Φ25
• The explosion-proof grade: ExiaⅡCT6, ExdⅡCT5
• Protection grade: IP65
• The intrinsic safety parameters: Ui: 28VDC, Ii: 93mA, Pi: 0.65W, Ci: 0.042uf, Li: 0mH
