What is Nitric acid (HNO3)?

Nitric acid (HNO3) , which is a strong oxidizing and highly corrosive inorganic acid. The acidity of nitric acid is smaller than that of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid (PKa=-1.3). It is easily soluble in water and completely ionized in water. Its HNO3 solution is colorless and transparent at room temperature, and the concentrated solution is brown. Nitric acid (HNO3) is unstable and easy to see light decomposition. It should be stored in a dark bottle in the dark.
