SILVER Policy

Warranty Policy

The warranty time for the process instrumentations is 12 months.
For all the instruments Silver Automation Instruments sold, they have12 months free cost from any manufacturing defect from the date of delivery. However mishandling & breakage is not covered under warranty but we will repair the same at extra cost.

Delivery time

We normally deliver the standard instruments within 15 working days.
And our repeated customers can feel that we can even delivery standard flow meters, paperless recorders or flow totalizers within 7 workings days after payment receipt.
However for customized instruments, we will evaluate your order product quantity and product specifications to give you the estimate delivery time.

Payment Method

We accept the payment by wire transfer (100%T/T in advance), western union and PayPal or credit card.

Shipping Policy

Process instruments have different weights for different specifications, all price indicate in the shipping-online is Ex-works price without shipping cost.
Customers can arrange to pick up goods with their own DHL, TNT ,FedEx account once goods is ready.
Or we can arrange shipping for you with additional shipping cost. We will calculate the estimate shipping cost when placing the order, and will ship by air/sea to your country; however we are not responsible for your country Custom clearance and tariff at destination.

Returns , Cancellations &Refund

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of the date of purchase for a full refund (this does not include original or return shipping expenses). A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Unused Products
To be eligible for a return for Unused products, please make sure that:
The product was purchased and returned within 60 days from the purchase date
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
The product is in good and resale-able condition
The product is under current warranty
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Orders returned without adequate protective packaging will not be accepted for return. Note that breaking the meter seal, on any of our meter models, voids their warranty and they will not be accepted for return.

Used Malfunctioning Products
The product is being used within its’ design specifications
The product is under current warranty (typically 1 year for defects)

Returns Procedure
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), contact us:

Send the product with its original packing and the RMA document, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund. Returned items should be repackaged securely in an outer carton and sent to:

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Please retain tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit. Return shipping costs are not covered by SILVER and SILVER is not responsible for any damages that occur during return shipping.
We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. 

Payments / Refunds
Refunds will be given upon receipt and inspection. Returned products will be verified to be in new and resalable condition in its original packaging before a refund will be given. The refund will be applied to the same payment method used. All credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
SILVER generally does charge your card at time of order because most our orders ship the same day the order is placed. For orders that do not ship the same or the next day you can contact SILVER and ask for the charge is reversed until the order is shipped.  Some orders that require special purchasing in which the payment must be taken before the product is ordered (i.e. orders shipping directly from the factory or manufacturer to the customer). We reserve the right to charge the credit card and investigate any order that seems fraudulent in any way.

Cancellations
SILVER strives to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service department. There are no cancellation fees as long as the product has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. The customer will need to receive the item and follow the return policy.

Service Policy

All instruments are equipped with paper manuals when they leave the factory. The manuals specify installation requirements and wiring requirements in detail.
All instruments have been calibrated and debugged before leaving factory. Generally, there is no need for debugging and configuration. Please do not debug instrument parameters without authorization.
If you have technical problems, please email to our technician :technician@silverinstruments.com, our technical staff will reply to customers within 2 working days. If the instrument needs to be debugged, our technician will provide the debugging video to the customer, and the customer can debug the instrument according to the video.
For instruments defect, also within the warranty period , we will repair or exchange the new one, all shipping cost (return and send back cost) will be paid by Silver Automaton Instruments.
If the instruments is damaged caused by the customer's improper use, the customer shall bear the return and send back freight, and the inspection cost will be quoted by the factory after receiving the goods and after verification.
