Oval gear digital meter

The oval gear digital meter uses mechanical measuring elements to continuously divide the liquid into a single known volume part, and measures the total flow volume according to the number of times the metering chamber fills and discharges the fluid part of the volume one by one. Gear flowmeters can be made of different materials (cast iron, cast steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel) and are suitable for flow measurement in industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, power, metallurgy, and food.

Oval gear flowmeter is a kind of positive displacement flowmeter. It is used for precise continuous or intermittent measurement of liquid flow or instantaneous flow of oval gear flowmeter in closed pipelines. Oval gear type flow meter is especially suitable for heavy oil, polyvinyl alcohol, resin and other viscous liquid measurement.
