Principle of Operation of 80G Radar level transmitter

The 80G radar level meter operates on the principle of frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) technology. It emits a high-frequency microwave signal (80 GHz) that travels through the air and reflects off the surface of the material being measured. The device then captures the reflected signal and calculates the distance is calculated by the spectrum derived from the analog to digital conversion frequency difference and the fast fourier transform (FFT)  based on the time delay between the emission and reception.
